About TB-500 Blueprint
Who publishes this, and what the comic-panel digest is — and is not.
What this site is
TB-500 Blueprint is an independent editorial project that publishes summaries of the peer-reviewed research literature on TB-500 and its parent protein, thymosin beta-4. We are not a clinic. We do not employ clinicians, and we do not provide medical advice. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute any product. Our work is editorial commentary on publicly available science.
The format is deliberate: the TB-500 record is a deck of discrete, panel-shaped findings — the 1:1 G-actin sequestration structure, the wound re-epithelialization figures, the cardiac survival signaling, the non-monotonic rat-stroke dose-response, the human Phase 1 safety study on the full-length protein. We render each as a beat you can read in order and trace to its source, rather than as a wall of prose. The pop-comic styling is presentation; the substance is the citations.
The one distinction we never blur
The single editorial commitment that organizes this whole site is keeping the fragment apart from the parent. "TB-500" in commerce is the Ac-LKKTETQ heptapeptide (~889 Da), but most published efficacy data are on full-length thymosin beta-4 (~4963 Da). It is not established that the 7-mer reproduces the parent protein's effects, so we flag which species every finding is on. A digest that quietly imports parent-protein data under the fragment's name is the most common error in this subject, and we treat avoiding it as the point.
We also state the regulatory record plainly: TB-500 is not FDA-approved, FDA placed it in 503A Category 2, and it is prohibited in sport by WADA. Those are facts about its standing, cited to FDA and to the published literature, not opinions about whether anyone should use it.
On the name
The domain carries a "buy" modifier, and the brand calls itself a blueprint. Neither is a commercial offer. "Blueprint" is the editorial position this publisher occupies relative to the literature — a stamped, annotated reading of the record. We do not list prices, take orders, recommend suppliers, or fill prescriptions. Nothing on this site is for sale, and nothing here is a clinical recommendation.
